One day I met a princess
From the land of fair Graneen
She wrote about the wee folk
And all magic things unseen.
Her Critters of Green
Brought delight to everyone
The denizens of Faerie
Thought they were so much fun
I miss my friend’s green critters
And her sweet and sparkling way
Of spreading cheer among us
I will miss her every day
For she has left an empty space
As people often do
Who touch our lives with magic
And the knowledge of what's true
This is one of the biggest honors I've ever received. You're the first person that's ever written me a poem. You have no idea how loved I feel.
