About Me:
September 17, 2008 I will celebrate my birthday and my 25th wedding anniversary. We have 3 sons ages 20, 21 and 24 who have brought the most love, joy, stress and pride to our lives. I grew up helping and learning from my Mom a seamstress and my Dad, a master carpenter. His first anscestor was a master armorer who emigrated to Montreal, Quebec from St. Malo in the mid 1600s. The love of creating and working with my hands is in my blood.

Cappucino on Sunday morning, dining outside on warm sunny days and evenings, a nice cold shower after working and sweating in the yard all day, soft clean sheets after that shower, romantic ambience, candlelight, incense, fantasy, anything that allows me to feel the wind on my face--driving my old beat up jeep with the top down, going for a boatride on the lake, riding my bicycle fast downhill--, meeting new people, bowl of hot homemade soup on a cool fall day, having fun with my girlfriends, kisses from my doggies, getting a text message from my kids, Halloween and Halloween parties, my tree peony, fresh basil and garlic, pink, yellow and green, out west in the mountains, that time of year September through December, kayaking, pina coladas, lacrosse, football, old folks, a really good chardonnay...

rudeness and arrogance, taking a shower on cold winter mornings, ignorance combined with a know-it-all attitude, self-righteousness, most but not all seafood, white shoes, pantyhose, lies, dishonesty, disloyalty, status symbols, intolerance, snobbery, greed, raw tomatoes, tequila, hypocrisy, boxing, watching TV, news in particular, superior attitudes, the endless work on our 168-year old house (am quite tired of it now), malicious gossip

too critical mostly of myself, procrastinator, sometimes I give up too easily, too shy, lack of confidence, collect too many things, don't have alot of self-discipline, worry a bit too much about things I have no control over

Heroes:
My husband. He always stands for what he belileves in. Will defend it "to the death". My hubby is strong of body, mind and heart. He is protective of the innocent, those weaker than himself and especially of me and our 3 sons. He passionately believes in justice. And his love of family above all else, makes him perfect for me.
