Okay, in order to help our little family out financially, am putting all my fairy prints back up on the site, as well as, letting go of quite a few originals. Some are watercolor on canvas, watercolor on cold press paper and soft pastel on card board. The art consists of fairies, children's illustrations and misc. Will have everything up and ready for viewing by the end of the weekend.

I can't believe how long I've let this blog go without posting anything.

What's new....hmm, not too much. It's been hard getting used to my dad not being here and it's taken some time for the rest of the family, especially my mother to adjust. That has been the main thing, trying to be supportive for my mother.

Things are, finally and slowly, starting to return to a semi normal state.

I've put all my fairies off to the side for the time being. My fairy art has been stuck in neutral for a long time and I just don't see it going anywhere. So, for now, they are put on hold.

I've been concentrating on trying to work with one particular character I made years ago. That, too, is slow going. And then there's my writing. I haven't done any writing since 2000 or 2001 and am feeling the effects of being extremely rusty.

Other than that? Just trying to take one day at a time. :)

I finished two fairies that helped me get through the past two months, but more so in the past 2-3 weeks.

Unfortunately, they are untitled for the moment.

I'll post more later. I'm going to sit down today and write out my goals for 09, what I need and want to improve on, etc.
