    As a little girl, I grew up needing to believe.
    To believe in more than what I saw in my reality.
    As I grew into a woman I found my wings through my work
    and realized that I could create any reality I wanted.
    So I have. My attraction to the mystical fae and those who love to play,
    opened a transformational world for me.
    The wings represent to me freedom of spirit,
    or pure authenticity.
    Being myself without mask nor fear
    and inventing a life from which dreams were made.
    So I will continue to create from this realm

    Music: Kan'nal, Woodland, dead can dance, enya, Loreena McKennit, Nine inch Nails, radiohead, Lenny Kravitz, Red hot chili peppers, Qntal is my favorite to paint to. I love the soundtrack to the Moulin Rouge and also City of Angels.
    Movies: Fight Club, Fourty Year old Virgin, The Lord of the Rings, Aurther and The Invisibles, Moulan Rouge, Matrix, Interveiw with a Vampire, Sleepy Hollow, Pirates of the Carribean, and on and on.
    TV: Rock of Love. (I know, it's sick...it's my "dirty little secret.)
    Books: Oh my favorite of all time Siddhartha. A MUST read. Then The Prophet. Just beautiful. I collect faerie art books. I have almost everyone the Froud's have ever done! I read Wayne Dyer, Power vs. Force, the Power of Now, etc...
    Likes: Honesty. Sparkly things, and anything with wings.
    Dislikes: Liars. Bullies. And snobs. Snobs always come off as terribly insecure to me. (as I snob them...what does that make me?)
    Hobbies: Painting, writing, singing, dancing, live music, hiking, kickboxing, and number one is being a mommy.
    Vices: This freakin' internet. Vodka-Vanilla Stoli on ice. Really good looking guys with long hair. I have a short temper (but I get over it very quickly>)
    Virtues: Loyal, generous, kind,courageous, loving.
    Heroes: Any artist that has been in this industry for any length of time and made a real living at it!!

    This is my show special for INATS.

    In between all of my other painting, I've been busy at night trying to get her done. Her name is Cloe after my 10 year old daughter.

    New Inspirational print line coming out. Redesigned work I have done for a calendar project. But the calendar wont be out until 2010 or 2011.

    So in the meantime, I"m going to sell the images as prints for those who don't want to wait.

    They will be available the first part of July.

    Hope you are all having a fabulous summer! It's really beautiful out there with the sun shining.

    My latest fairy positive print! (and to think I almost quit...shaking head)

    She'll be available on my website this coming week so keep an eye out!

    It's titled Believe. I tried to avoid the word because it seemed so over used, but so many people kept requesting it, I buckled.

    Hello, I believe many people come to a place in their life, when they wonder if fighting for their dreams is worth all the pain and confusions. You wonder who is with you or are you alone, even too the one whom truly love you. Those who keeping going, the ones whom seem to find the strenght from a very deep "Well", could have only found that "Well" through truly searching for the belief they needed. I know, for I am standing at the "Well."

    Nope, I must be a hermit :) I tend to only go to anime conventions now and only within a couple states because nothing I've been to has justified flying anywhere.

    It's the beginning of September in Atlanta. I believe the art show is probably sold out by now. There is a huge art/show auction section which artists do not have to attend for and also tables they can buy. I believe both sections are juried, and you have to apply around Jan or Feb. I've been mailing my art for show since 2003 or 4, but having a table there would be much better. I know Jasmine has gone for a couple years.
