    Replying to comments

    Hi everyone,

Just a quick little blog to appologise to anyone who has left me comments that I may not have replied to.

My website is down at the moment & has taken my email along with it, so I'm not getting any messages to tell me when I've got messages! (if you get my meaning!?! :-/ )

So please be patient with me if you comment, I'll find them eventually & reply. And hopefully will have my website up & running again soon!

    Faerie Blessings all,

    Amanda

    Here's what it is!

    Hello Everyone,

    Yes, it's a Butterfly Chrysalis!

I took these photos at The London Butterfly House before it closed down.

I'm not sure which kind of butterfly these were, as there were many different ones & they weren't labelled, though Tommy thinks it is a 'Monarch' (He got the answer right first but mailed me on a PM so as not to give it away too quickly! Thank you Tommy!)

Here are some more in my Nature Gallery

    Thank you for taking part!

    Faerie Blessings,

    Amanda

    Autumn Walk

Monday, September 15, 2008, 10:28 PM GMT [General]

    Hello Everyone,

This week on my days off work, I have made a point of getting out of the house and going for walks in the local woods (I did so much walking when I was in Cornwall that I've missed it since I got home!)

Today I decided to take my camera with me & much like in my previous nature walk blog, I was Faerie led to find hidden treasures with my camera which I would like to share with you:

The first was a Faerie Village!

Lots of little mushroom houses clustered on both sides of this fallen tree trunk.

Next I was led off the beaten track (through bramble, branches & mud ofcourse!) to find these gossamer Faerie Hammocks. What a beautiful place to rest your wings & soak up the Autumn morning sun,

On through the woods, birdsong high in the trees,

& 'sunshrooms' on the ground,                              Past the 'Fall'ing leaves, and accross the golf course, full of tiny grass jewels,

I'm sure the Autumn will bring many more treasures for me to photograph, I hope you enjoy seeing them. Thank you for looking!

    Faerie Blessings,

    Amanda

    Snail!

Saturday, September 13, 2008, 12:39 PM GMT [General]

    Just because!

In the car park I use near where I work, there is one little patch left in a corner that hasn't been tarmacked. Being a faerie, I ofcourse always aim for this patch where I found this little guy there to greet me goodmorning!

    I love snails!!
