RAW FOOD IS THE FOOD OF THE GODDESS!!!!!!

For those that don't know i'm a raw fooder, and have been now for about a wee 6 months, ranging between 50% and 70% raw, normally i'm not all that inventive with  my food due to lack of time but yesterday however....

i attempted my own raw chocolate moose! mmmmm i hear you say!

yes it was it was amazing hehe i'm even taking some to a vegan potluck birthday today to share the love!

thing about the moose is it really does make you happy! and totally fills you with a sense of euphoria lalala!

so if anyone would like it here's the recipe its not an exact science so do as you will:

1 avocado

2 bananas

1/2 cup of hemp milk (fresh home made is best!)

1/4 cup of caco nibs

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/4 cup goji berries

1tsp caco powder

1tbsp agave necter


Pop the nibs, goji, caco powder, agave and sesame seeds in the blender with the hemp milk and wizz up till all the big bits are gone!

add the avocado and banana then blend until smooth, light and airy!

and bobs your uncle its done! yes it is that easy hehe!

mmmm enjoy! i'm right now testing to see how it freezes for a yummy chocolate ice cream! wouldn't that be divine! ill let you know what happens!

Yey! I've just added yet another new Flutter Fae to my ETSY shop.

Her name is Strawberry Fae. A mischievous little Fairy she loves to hide amongst the strawberry fruit playing tricks on unsuspecting human pickers! She is available as a stick pin brooch or 16" necklace and with either a green or a red theme. Her dress is specially made from material donated to me from a very special faery friend.

I'd love to know what you think about her! she was in fact the first ever Flutter faery i sold! I sold a green Strawberry to a very good friend of mine for his girlfriend! i love it when my work is bought as gifts and given with love! Many of my flutter have originaly been created for fairy friends of mine inspired by there own sparkly personalities. I would love to make you a special one if you have some fabric that you love or means a lot to you just get in touch!

Calling all fae folk!

I'll let you into a little secret! for my next collection of fairy inspired jewellery im working on the theame of daisies!

i know its probably been done before but thats because everyone loves the daisy! they are among the first heralds, or ambassadors of spring!

we all remember being a little child and making daisy chains every day as possible, for ourselves and for our mothers ;-) i always remember getting really upset with my father for mowing the lawn and killing all the beautiful dasies! ohh it was so sad! but up they would pop again not so easily beaten!

the main thing that inspired me to work with this inspiration was a poem i found from an unknown author! heres how it goes!

I'd love it if you'd share your daisy stories or facts/folklore with me! and help me on my way to create the most beautiful collection yet!

also if you have any thing you would particualy like to see me create just let me know! all inspiration is welcome! all i do i do for you faery lovers and to make you smile!
