At the moment, I'm trying to figure out how it is that I am getting myself to the Faeryworld festival in Eugene Oregon, August 1-3 and there are a ton of thoughts buzzing through my head. At first, I thought I was driving by myself, but then I realized that I will have just had three teeth yanked, so that might not be the best of ideas. Then I was trying to figure out what would happen if I took a bus and went from there? The issue is, once I get there...how do I get around? I mean, I've never been to Oregon so I know nothing of the terrain.

Then my friend inspired me with what she's doing for Comicon this year. She's volunteering and that made me think...if she can do that and not have to worry about tickets selling out and the like, why can't I do that for the Faery festival? I will be perfectly happy picking up trash all three days just as long as I'm there, in the atmosphere and around people of like mind. People who actually believe in faeries and won't judge me for being the way I have chosen to form myself. Don't get me wrong, my friends are already like that for me, but I'd just like to meet others of like mind...you know? I've been feeling a little disconnected from everything lately, so maybe this will help me a bit.

UGH! I just really, really, really, REALLY want to make it to this festival!!
