Well, I am in search of a roommate and while I've posted a flyer on my campus, I figured it wouldn't hurt to post one on EF as well :)
I am looking for student who is financially stable, to share a two bedroom, one bath apartment located in the Parc Belmar Apartments, Lakewood.
Apartment is:
* Includes electric stove and oven, refrigerator, plus washer and dryer.
* Use of an indoor, Olympic-sized swimming pool, plus gym facilities,
included in price of monthly rent .
* Five minute drive to RMCAD
* Ten minute walk from the Belmar strip
* Five minute walk to the bus stop.
