Enchanted Designs is having a banner making contest. We would like an animated banner made for our sites: Enchanted Designs, Fairies and Fantasy Art by Emma Marlow and Fairy Boutiques. The winner who creates the best animated banner(s) will receive a free digital fairy scrapbooking kit or a printable fairy stationary page of your choice!
