I received some good feedbacks by fairy artists of other communities about the project of a Spring fairy art show.

I just want to renew my invitation to join!!!!

 I'm organizing a "Worldwide Fairy Spring 2008 artshow"

The theme is "Violet".

The artshow will be posted in one of my domains I never used till now "http://www.fairyportraits.eu" (I just put a temporary homepage), with a link from my active sites one of which has some hundreds unique visitors a day.  Obviously you can put a link in your site too or promote it in any other ways you like.

The artshow is open to photographers and photo-manipulators, to drawers and painters, both traditional and digital, so there will be 3 categories: Photography & Photomanipulation, Traditional art (photography excluded), Digital art (photomanipulation excluded) plus an "under 14 years old" category.

- You can submit a work (and only one) sending me an email with subject "Fairy Spring 2008 artshow" at the following address: MYFAIRIES@GMAILantispam.COM (delete "antispam"!!!!!!!)

- Submissions must be a jpg about 500x700 pixel.

I will protect the works with all the tricks and scripts I know, clearly stating your copyright. You are invited to insert your copyright in the image.

- Submission must show at least one fairy (or a pixy, a gnome or similar fairy-tale inhabitant), even though as not the main character, and must be "violet" in some way. Submission showing fearing images (like deaths, zombies, ghosts and the alike), or any image which promote violence, racism and porn will not be accepted.

- Submitters are asked to use only their own resourses or resourses they have the right and freedom to use for they works which can be posted whenever they like and without obligation to state the source. People not behavihing accordingly to this rule will do so at their own risk: works found to use partially other people's work without their permission or not following their usage conditions will be immediately deleted. 

- Submitters will have to state in the submission email:
* their name, nickname (if any), site url (if any), age (if under 14), medium of the work
* that with the submitted artwork they are not infrindging any copyright issues.
- Submission deadline is 31 March 2008.


This is an artshow so there's no winner, nor prizes, even though I might manage to arrange something by that date.

I don't expect it to be a success at the beginning but I want to run period art shows during the year and hopefully the site will grow.

And considering I did not write any meta tags yet and that the site is the 25th over 165,000 in google (therefore without any effort nor any content at all), I think this is a very good start.....

As a web site designer, I decided to make a site for free to increase my portfolio (you can view part of it here http://www.studiodaco.com/port.html) and spread my name in the web.....

I love working for artists and photographer, as I love making holidays-related sites (hotels, campings, etc....)

Now.... the first person who'll contact me and accept my term will have a free web design and start up.

Terms are about keeping my link on the site pages, and where to settle the site.

The site will consist of uo to 10 page, 5 main pages plus uo to 5 subpages:

- a home page,

- a portfolio main page, subdivided in categories to match you works, up to 5 portfolio subpages,  

- a about page, to let your visitor know about you,

- a contact page, with a form to let visitor contact you

- a link page, where to post my banner and all the links and banners you would like to insert, even ads, if you like.

 I will ask you to have your:

- free hosting and free subdomain at a well known and reliable site which I know

OR

- paid for hosting with unlimited space and unlimited  bandwidth and paid for domain at a very cheap but really reliable and internationally known service which I know.

I ask you to have your site at one of the 2 above services because I know them already and know they support the script I use and that I will not have problems uploading and have the script working. If you have already a free or paid for hosting and want me to upoad the files there, 50$ service will be charged, provided the sites are in line with my files need.

Once you accept my terms, you'll have to specify the design you are looking for: I'll be glad to look at sites you show as examples, or I might show you various sites in line with your interest. We'll work together to create the site of your dreams......

I will show you up to 3 examples, following your directions. Once you decide the graphic you want from the 3, minor changes can be made to suite your needs but I want to point that these should be MINOR.... this is a FREE service, so try not to make me mad!!!!!!!

this offer is for this site members but not only.... but I require the site to be absolutely "for family" so I will not accept request for "weird" sites.....
