Blessings

Walking in the green grass. The wind stirs the flowers around me and the petals go flying

in the breeze.
My cloak answers the wind as it swirls around me. I raise my face to the sun

and feel the breeze. 

As my bare feet relish the coolness of the grass. There up ahead a bright pink egg is hiding. Putting it in my basket. I move on in search of more.
Then a little girl with a bright smile and dark eyes runs to me.
Mommy mommy!! Look I found a Yeyo one.
She proudly holds up a Yellow egg. 
"Yes u did good job".
Her smile makes me smile and my eyes hold back tears.
I look up "doesn't she look lovely mom". A ray of sunlight beams down on us and the wind stirs my daughter's hair.
I know she sees us the nana in heaven. I grab my daughters hand and continue to look for eggs. Smiling as tears roll down my cheeks.
As I remember last year when my mom was still with us. Then up ahead I find a garden of sweetpeas.

And I hear "sweet peas for my sweet pea" on the wind. Her nickname for her grandchild.

Taking a picture of her amidst the flowers in every color. Happy Easter mom! And I hear in
a little voice beside me Happy Easter Nana!
Grabbing her in a fierce hug. I am reminded
I'm blessed.

Here's a poem I wrote for St. Patrick's several years back. I hope you like it!

                                                          Heart's Delight
Fairies and angels and butterfly wings. Flowers and magic, Leprechauns too! Mystical beautiful. memerizing. Beauty, celestial beings, freedom and luck. Walking in a meadow all these things! Are they real? Love, light! My heart beats wildly there standing my Heart's delight! Near a pegasus who laughs at me and bows her head. Dear mind wake me from this dream if not now then let me sleep forever! As he walks near and takes my hand. The fairies giggle, the butterflies surround us. The Leprechauns throw four leaf clovers and the angels whisper. "It is meant to be" on the wind. Lush and green everything around us. Carrying me now to the stream to whisper candy coated, words in my ear. Can't resist so sweet and gentle yet strong and powerful. Spending the day enveloped in his arms and kisses. With the rising of the stars we are one! Frogetting all that ever was but the magic, this moment and the way he makes me feel. Smile; giggle now I have all I ever wanted and more.

The mother of nature

In Her Emrald gown and her rosy cheeks

She makes all things..

Wonderful, with her touch and words

I'm very new here. I just finshed designing my page. I'm a writer so when I found this page I got excited. Somewhere new and colorful I can post my writings. And maybe actually get to meet more people that share the same passion as I do for the fantasy world. ok well I'm going to get back to work. :)
