I have a new painting to show you - one of my most special yet. Yes - the rumours are correct - it is the actual very first ORIGINAL PAINTING of the illustrious Ruby Dragonling in her own painting - "Ruby Moon" and it is so lovely! In the past, as a Hamilton/Bradford Exclusive I haven't offered original artwork of Ruby to the public, but now with permission here you have her - the ultimate collectible! In addition I have some NEW ACEO cards up starting at a penny, I Vampiri, Loup-Garou, Faces of Faery, Peach Plum Pear - all ACEOS up now at a penny!

First - the new original painting! "Ruby Moon" is the title - featuring my ever-popular character, Ruby Dragonling! Sitting in front of a beautiful full moon amongst some ruby-red crystals, she is cuddling her baby red dragon. Many of you know Ruby from my various lines of collectibles, statues, jewelry, ornaments, etc. with the Bradford Exchange & Hamilton Collection. This however is the VERY FIRST time I have been able to offer my original artwork of Ruby to the public myself! With special permission (she is a Bradford Group exclusive character) I am very happy to make this original piece available to the public - a perfect complement for any Ruby Dragonling collector. It is an original 16"x20" acrylic painting on 2" deep craded masonite, ready to HANG! (No frame needed!). Hi everyone!

New stuff today! Firstly - a beautiful new original painting called "White Pomegranates" - on a gorgeous gothic altarpiece panel that Matt has made - very lovely! Also - I have eBay SALE prints up for several of my latest paintings - all at $9.99 - "I Vampiri: Il Liuto," "I Vampiri: Bellissimo Letto," "Loup-Gaoru: L'Aube," "Peach, Plum, Pear" and "Delicate Bones."

All right, the new original painting! "White Pomegranates" - the title - another masterpiece collaboration between me & my husband Matt! It is a slightly surreal portrait of a nymph done inspired by a classical Northern Renaissance style (a la Baldung Grien, Cranach, etc.). She has kind of a Venus-like feel to her, and also features one of my favourite fruits - the pomegranate. There are indeed such things as white pomegranates, but in real life they are not as light as I've shown them here (I just thought they looked pretty this way). And in case you are wondering - those are some very CONVENIENTLY placed leaves - there is no actual nudity in this painting. This is painted on a gorgeous altarpiece style poplar wood panel frame first cut & carved by my lovely husband Matt - and then finished by me in an antiqued silver leaf finish. We're very proud of this one! A whopping 30.5" high and about 10.25" wide. The hanger is on the back, so she is ready to go up onto your wall! She is in my eBay store where she will remain until purchased (or else she's coming with me to Dragon*Con, hehe) - you can see her with all the lovely detail photos below:

And yes - as I mentioned previously my brother-in-law Chris now will be offering PENNY AUCTIONS FOR HAMILTON COLLECTION FIGURINES! And he ships anywhere in the world, happily! Please note - unlike some other merchandise, his quantities on Hamilton/Bradofrd collectibles is EXTREMELY limited. Extremely limited meaning he literally has one or two of each kind in stock. So - if you see one you like, you'd better bid on that auction - because it's unlikely he'll be able to re-list additional ones of that character. These auctions from Chris are truly one of a kind too, because I have SIGNED the certificates of authenticity for each statue (and dated). Unless you buy from Chris, you can't really get a signed one (since they normally only ship from the Bradford Group). Since these were my personal samples, I have signed the certificates all in person and mailed the statues to Chris to offer to you guys. There are many different Hamilton Collection statues that he will be listing over the next few weeks/months - and again, he only has one or two of each one, so if you ever want one - be sure to bid! I felt like doing a nice light-hearted piece full of spring colours & flowers. I love the oval format (almost seems like an Easter egg). She is a beauty! She is painted on an 8"x10" oval masonite panel, in a beautiful ornate oval silver finished frame - made from wood, resin & gesso. The frame measures about 13" wide by 15" high. It is a heavy, deep frame - it's about 2" thick from the side!! Another lovely installment in my very popular "Loup-Garou" series (French for "werewolf") - all featuring wolves and beautiful girls in French-inspired portrait settings. This one also has a very Rococo feel to it - "L'Aube" means "the Dawn".in French, and you can see the sunrise hinted at in the background. Her dress is the colour of the dawn as well. I love her hair especially in this one!

We're back from MegaCon! Thank you ALL who came out to see me! You guys helped make it our most fun and most successful MegaCon ever. Thank you all!

Tonight I have TWO new paintings to show you! One is a gorgeous original FOLDING wood triptych painting - "Madonna of the Shells" - up on eBay starting at a penny ( Matt has done a phenomenal job making the frame - you have to see it!), an the other one is the second in my Vampire series - "I Vampiri: Il Liuto"! Now, for those who were there - you probably saw these new originals -(I Vampiri: Il Liuto sold at the show, but I have prints available tonight!). All righty - first off - "Madonna of the Shells" is the title - this truly is another masterpiece collaboration between me & my husband Matt so far! For those art history buffs, this is a true FOLDING TRIPTYCH - done in the medieval altarpiece style. In the past, many churches would have folding altarpieces that they would unfold on Sundays or on holidays to display the painted interior. This is one done in high Gothic style - a solid poplar wood triptych (three paneled painting) first cut & carved by my lovely husband Matt - and then finished by me in an antiqued gold leaf finish. It is THREE original paintings in one - "Madonna of the Shells"- the classic image of the Madonna, blending the iconic style with the beauty of nature - specifically that of the sea! Beautiful seashells and corals are painted on the side panels. She has a lovely halo I did in gold leaf. Of course, I had to include my personal favourite of all the shells - the Nautilus - a perfect spiral symbolizing infinity. And yes indeed - the hinges are actual working hinges so you can leave it wide open, or at any angle of closure you'd like. We're very proud of this one! A whopping 21" high and about 18.5" wide when extended. All ready to hang - this can truly make your house look like a Gothic Cathedral or a fine art museum! Original acrylic painting on solid poplar wood with gold leaf and metal hinges. Matt has added a hanger on the back, so it is READY TO HANG! And now secondly - "I Vampiri: Il Liuto" - the second in my series of paintings called "I Vampiri" (which is Italian for The Vampires) - a new line of paintings that feature vampire beauties inspired by Italian Baroque & Italian Renaissance themes and aesthetics. This second painting is called "I Vampiri: Il Liuto" (which means "The Lute") and she is lovely! Subtle colours and clothing style have a sort of renaissance painting feel to it, and I just love the lute! If you look closely too, you'll see little tiny fangs on both the girl and the skull.... The original painting itself was 16x20 in size (an oval) but the original was SOLD at MegaCon, so she isn't available for purchase. However - lucky for all of use - I did take scans of her before the show started so I have PRINTS available immediately! BIG prints starting at $13.80 - you can get them in all different sizes, even up to 65"x52"! You can also choose paper options, matting, framing, etc. - all that is customizable.
