I'm Katerina Koukiotis and I'm a Traditional/Fantasy/Portrait artist from N.Y
I come from a Greek background, I live and was Raised in N. Y. Queens.
I'm so happy to see so many familar faces here and want to thank my friend Kelly Smith for telling me about this site :)
A few things about me...
I'm a pretty simple quiet shy person
I like to be around people that make me feel comfortable
that are down to earth,funny,
that love to laugh, and don't take everything so serious
but most of all are KIND.
A few years ago i decided to
pursue my art career professionally and I'm so happy that I did.
A lot of good and positive things happened artwise
for me that I'm very proud of.
I had my artwork commissioned,sold,licensed and published,feel free to visit my website and other galleries online to view many of my works.
I also sell prints,originals,take commission requests and list many smaller artworks like ACEO's and OSWOA's on ebay.

Movies:I love all fantasy related movies,Disney/Fairytale movies,and a few comedies.
TV:LOST I'm addicted to the show.
Books:The Bible, Art books in general, Fantasy books,Books my art has been published in,a few novels and lovely poetry
and personal quotes from favorite artists, and friends,
Likes:Chocolate,Ice Cream,Warm Weather,Flowers, Bunch of Girlie stuff like ,shopping,make-up etc..
Dislikes:Stuck up people and a few dish meals.
Hobbies:Art,Crafting,knitting,baking,gardening,surfing online, playing on my psp 8 , starting collections right now I'm into bookmarks,browsing/reading fantasy creatures i like.
Heroes:Everyday simple people who do amazing things in the world.
I feel so bad for not being around that much, I don't have a good track record withkeeping up with blogs and journals,it's been a very busy time for me, but i want to know this is a place i love visiting and keeping a lovely site.
How was everyone's holidays?
I feel like i have been away from the net forever since Christmas, i took some time off to be with my family and enjoy christmas and look forward to the new year 2009 and more new art to share with all of you :)

haven't posted in a while , and wanted to wish you all a happy safe summer :) I'm doing great and trying to as much art as i can,i recently completed a new artwork with a very cheery summerly theme wanted to share...Over the Rainbow very much inspired from my favorite fantasy move The Wizard Of Oz....
And I swear one day soon I'm going to fly over to NY just to take photos of a lovely lady with gorgeous long red hair. Don't you dare cut it before I get there!
Hello Katerina, thank you for being part of the EF community, I know you have very kindly helped to spread the word to your dear friends and that is much appreciated. We really enjoy your wonderful contributions and gorgeous art, I especially love Fairy Eyes, they have such sparkle and her hair looks so soft! (Your beautiful long hair makes me nostalgic as our youngest son at nearly 17, has just had all his cut short, it was down to his waist having grown it for 8 years - he does look cute though and it's as curly as ours which was a surprise as it was really straight when he was young!!)

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving:)We had a great time at my sister's house.
