Yesterday morning as my husband and I arrived at work, we noticed a box sitting underneath the picnic table in front of the building. I said, "What the heck is that?" Then out comes this beautiful yet very thin, deep orange kitty and proceeds to rub her head against our legs. I said, "Oh no!" I can't stand to see strays and had already rescued one about 4 years ago from the same place. Needless to say, we named her Sierra and took her home. She is a very sweet and gentle kitty and just gorgeous! She has tabbey markings on her face and front legs and a fluffy tail. Our animal shelters and cat sanctuaries are always filled to capacity. I couldn't stand the idea of this little lady being homeless.
My husband and I will be out of a job soon as the company is moving South. I have been trying so hard to save money and now I have to make a vet apointment for the new arrival. Oh well, a new sweetheart to love and treasure. She is fed, safe and loved.
