About Me: I am a 28 years old, italian girl. I live in a peaceful town of the countryside in North of Italy, with my family and a huge pack of cats. We all love animals in my family, and we often have kittens around the house every spring.
I started drawing seriously when I was 13 years old, impressed by the beauty of a drawing I saw in a fantasy book. Since then, I've always felt the need of creating such beauty with my hands.
I graduated in Comics drawing and Graphics Design. Illustration has always been a great passion of mine. My subjects are often bound to the realm of fantasy, legend, folklore and nature.
I often paint about the fantastic and mythological, because I need to give shape to all the figures and images that float in my mind and that cannot find their shape and place in the everyday reality.
Besides drawing, I like travelling, reading, spending my time with beloved friends, making collages and handcrafts, organizing medieval banquets, cooking for my family and simply hang around in nature.

I went to Italy on a study abroad for college. We stayed in Gualdo Tadino for about 5 weeks, but traveled to Rome, Flourence, Piza, Capri, Naples, and Venice. (Venice and Pompeii were my favorites!) We never made it to Milano, would have liked to get some cool shoes! *wink* The Mad-Hatteress |
