Hi all:
'PAULINA TAROT' ORIGINALS: I'm happy to announce that the 'Paulina Tarot' has been selling well, so much so that distributors such as Amazon have been finding it difficult to keep in stock due to the high demand. A most heartfelt thankyou to everyone for helping make this deck a huge success!
Because of the numerous requests I've received since before this tarot deck was even released, I'm now offering the original artwork for most of the images through my website. Each is priced based on many factors, and the sizes will vary, so please read the descriptions for each. Each piece offered is a published piece of art and is a card in the Paulina Tarot deck. Due to the significance of these pieces combined with the extreme success of this deck, for these pieces alone, I'm forced to not offer a discount for multiple purchases. I will still take reservations, but payment must be received within a reasonable time, arrangements made on a case by case basis. Thankyou for your understanding.
These piece are perhaps some of the best investments you can make in my artwork to date, and Kevin wanted me to mention... they're magically beautiful as well. :o)
RESTLESS MOON FILMS: I'm happy to introduce my first short Restless Moon Film, 'The Other Side of Darkness'. (Thank you to the lovely Hannah Fury for music usage permission.) You can subscribe to my Restless Moon Films podcast through Itunes. Hope you enjoy. :o)

Happy XO Day, Everyone!
I have yet to send out my February e-mailing to those of you who are signed up, but I've been oh-so busy with my current project (with deadline sneaking up fast) that I haven't been able to do anything else. The art is done, but I have a whole lotta writing to do. For me, writing takes forever. Doesn't come to me as prolifically as the art. I've been spending most of my energy on the writing part, and likely will be for a couple of weeks to come -- 'til it's done.
But hang on to your hats, dolls. Once the writing is complete and the entire project is sent off to my publisher, there'll be new art. I only have about 10 pieces on the go, screaming to be worked on....
THEN there's the new tarot. (Don't get me started!) The second tarot may take longer than a year after all. I never like to rush anything, so there's no saying or guessing how long it really will take.
I also have about 15 or so new choices for prints, and that too needs to be updated. Once the new prints are added, I'll inform ye, AND will send out an e-mailing.
I do spend time away from the art room, believe it or not! Ha. Sometimes I'm out working in the gardens, or working-out, or spending time with my Hunny (though he's the true gardener!) It's been between 60 and 70 degrees and mainly sunny here these past few weeks. I am nevah living north again! ;o)

Hi, everyone:
I've been uber-busy writing; something I enjoy doing, but it doesn't come as quickly for me as drawing and painting... it's all about writing, rewriting, rewriting, rewriting. There is a coming-up-deadline for this which is going to be for an oracle deck. Alongside this I'll soon be getting to some half-finished art pieces screaming for attention.
The Paulina Tarot is now available (as opposed to pre-order) at fine retailers, and through Amazon; I'm absolutely *thrilled* at how it came out. The printed quality is top-notch. I urge you to order a copy.
I'm having a great deal of fun (partly fun, anyway!) working on my second tarot deck, though the process is again very long and tedious. In the coming weeks I'll begin a website for the new Joie de Vivre Tarot in-the-works as I did for Paulina Tarot... but don't get too excited yet as I won't be finished the new deck for another year, and then the publishing schedule after that takes a year. ;o)
In the meantime I really hope you find a lot of enjoyment in the Paulina Tarot, today and for many years to come.
I have new exciting ideas rambling about; I'm getting myself energized to make them come into being.
* Film I've recently seen that really rocks my socks: 'The Fountain'. Seriously moving. Highly recommended.
Mom and Dad have been here on a visit this past week, and they're now driving back to Ontario. We miss them already! We had a fabulous time. Kevin and I are planning a spring trip up to Ontario, a 13-hour drive. Needless to say, I love spending time with them, as well as Brenda (sis) and my 11 year-old nephew William, who's also fascinated by the paranormal. Brenda married her true love, and I now have a new niece, 3 year old Bree.

Missing the old New Orleans: In times past I'd frequently roamed the crescent city with my Darling, memoirs too numerous to count, meeting up with the dearest of friends, and at times roamed the safest parts of the city alone morning and afternoon, always with a firm sense of security. Today, the once-safe areas are all too dangerous. New Orleans desperately needs the return of the National Guard. I love that city with a firey passion and always will, but the violent crime is way out of hand. The city needs to be drained of its cesspool of violent thugs, and reclaimed. It used to be the greatest city in the world... and I beleive that it once again can be. If visiting New Orleans, Mardi Gras or otherwise, heed strong caution. The city will always hold a place in my heart -- and regardless of the downturn, one day we'll be back.
