Okay everybody Welcome to Daisy Chubbs Kitchen!
Today were making Woodland mushroom cupcakes for national fairy day!
Lets get baking!
INGREDIENTS:
Cupcakes, 1 package of Choclate cake mix
2 Teaspoons Vanilla.
FROSTING:
1/2 cup butter softened, 4 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 TeaSpn salt, 1/3 cup whole milk or half-n-half, 2 TeaSpns Vanilla, Red paste food coloring, white candies or white chocolate chip nibs.
LETS GET BAKING:
Make cake mix according to directions, but substitute milk for water& add 2 TeaSpns vanilla.
Place 20 cupcake liners into cupcake pans. Divide batter into liners filling almost full so that the tops are really big & slightlhang over the side when baking.
Bake according to directions.
Cool cupcakes 10mins & remove liners.
To make frosting, combine the butter, powdered sugar,salt,milk,vanilla & food coloring until smooth. Frost Cakes :)
Decorate each cupcake w/white candies for mushroom spots.
