Daisy Chubb's Kitchen Herb mayo
Hello all and welcome back to daisy chubbs kitchen.
Today we are making herb mayonnaise. ( you can use veganaise etc..)
What you will need
Herbs Fresh or dried. Some times I even mix the 2.
Any herbs will do. I just use whatever I have around.
I usually use Basil, Tarragon, Sage, Dill, Oregano.
1 small bulb of garlic. Or 1Table spoon of garlic powder.
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup mayonnaise, or veganaise.
Put all herbs garlic/garlic powder salt
together into a food processer. Blend until
grounded fine.
Next put your 1 cup of Mayo in a air tight container
add herb mixture and stir until well blended.
Put lid onto container and use when needed.
Great for whatever you would use Mayo for.
I.E. Turkey sandwhich, or potato salads(if using for a potato salad double the mixture if making a large salad)
Enjoy!
