Once upon a time there were good people that followed the way of the nature, they talked to it and it talked to them, the trees , the animals, the fish, all had something to say and teach. There was an energy that flowed from one and all, and that energy enabled many races to do wonderful and awesome things.
Most of the races were guided by an insight that astounded most. This caused fear within many mostly in the race of Man, they let that fear guide them into horrifying acts, they searched the world over killing and burning those they found that felt the energy, those that used it for good, they used there knowledge of this energy to heal, to teach, to guide. But in there fear and ignorance the race of Man tried to destroy this gift. Soon man understood that they needed a Sheppard, one that could and would be a beacon to attract man away from the energy of nature, away from the ways of the first Gods, towards a new God one that if not worshiped solely, if not placed above all else would become jealous, and destroy all of man. This God was said to have been so good that he gave his only son as a sacrifice so that all men could be saved, saved from then selves, for this god said that man was evil in his nature and only thru His son could man be saved from this evil. But there survived a remnant of people that did not forswear the old ways, did not bow down to this new god they kept the old traditions, held them fast in there hearts, taught there children these ways and there children taught there children and so on until the day that there were so many believers in the old ways they equaled the believers of the new god until there was nothing that could be done to stop the old ways. Many found once again that when they threw off the cloak that had blinded them that they could feel the energy flowing around them, thru them and so have embraced it once again. They are known as Pagans, and once again life flows full circle and the ways of our Mother has come back to us, so that we may once again heal, teach and guide those that follow. And all that oppressed us and our forefathers and foremothers and continue to oppress us will one day see them selves the ones living in fear, for all things cast out upon the waters of life will one day come back, and on that day there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth.

    Searching for a home!

Sunday, November 18, 2007, 10:42 PM MST [General]

    Greetings all,
I was wondering if anyone knows of a community of Pagan‘s, Preferably of the Fey Traditions that might be open to a new member. I have skill's in painting, some carpentry, some plumbing, gardening, some computer and mechanical. I am looking for a place I can call home not just a temporary resting place. The place I live now is very oppressing and suffocating . I am not interested in a cult type environment but a community that works together for the good of all, not under the power and dominion of one but perhaps a counsel of elders. If there is such a place I would be grateful for the information.

    Our Lady's Blessing's to all.

    Days of oppression

    Days of oppression

My sincerest apologies to all my friends, for I have been negligent in communicating with you all.
    If I may explain.
You see, where I live here in wonderful Colorado the town is very oppressed with the Christian movement.
My landlord, my ex wife even my children have fallen for the doctrine of the churches. This has in turn made my life a living hell. As to see my son I must keep my true self closely guarded, this last Friday I was laid off due to the fact my employer learned I was a pagan. There are no covens here, nor serious practitioners of the paths. I am trapped, finding work is proving to be very hard as I am know known as a heathen not worthy of hiring. I do not drive due to an experience I had in 2003 while on deployment in Iraqi, so leaving this area is not easy for me. If any of my brothers and sisters out there would have a few words of wisdom I would be grateful. If anyone would know of a place where I might find solace and a place to practice and grow in my path, I would be forever grateful. I may also be found at:

May our lady bless you all.

    Another visit from the Fey
Today while at Hunting Camp we were kicking back on an old bridge when one of the guys asked what was up with all the birds, it was so quiet and still that I could have heard a pin drop from 2 clicks out. Then up on the ridge we spotted a lion, big sucker, probably would have weighed in around 300 pounds. About 20 yards and down hill from the cat we saw a small boy, couldn't have been more then 5, Steve and Kevin started hollering, but the cat and the boy just ignored us. It was then I had an overwhelming feeling of peace. And I knew that the cat and the boy were not your normal cat and boy. Kevin was about to go running up the hill when I finally got his attention, and what happened next was so cool, But the guys were so shaken that they will both most likely be in some church come Sunday, LMAO. The cat jumped down off the ridge right buy the boy and they both just wandered off in the bush. that's twice this year that the Fey have revealed them selves to me in the form of a lion and children. Needless to say this afternoon went by real fast and was way peaceful, with the exception of the 2 feet of snow that fell on us.

Hello Praetorian, your musings, writings and experiences are fascinating, thank you for sharing them with us here, they are much appreciated. I really like to read and discover things that encourage me to ponder them and stretch my usual concepts, especially when they're mixed with such a dry sense of humour.... I apologise for the delay in welcoming you properly to EF and dearly hope to hear much more from you soon.
    Be Well,

    Oh the Joy

Sunday, October 21, 2007, 01:24 PM MST [General]

Oh the joy In being who and what one truly is, Yet the pain and sorrow, loss and distrust that comes from those that confessed there friendship, only to rip it away when the true you comes out. How many days and nights must one continue to suffer thru this world of hypocrisy? How long does one have to suffer thru all the bull ****? Where are the true friendships and loves to be found? Why does one have to make themselves a slave to masters that require you to give up all joy and happiness in order for a chance, just a chance at contentment? Where is the priestess that sits at the foot of the alter in tears, giving offerings for her lovers safe return? Where is the warrior striding across fields of blood and sorrow to reach his home and lover?

Are they, Have they, been lost to antiquity? Do the exist today? Hidden within the shadow, within the glen, creeping out only to flee back into the dark lest those that walk the day realize who and what they are and condemn them to shame or even death all in the name of a religion that has killed more in it's name then Hitler. When will the old world and the old races be brought back from the shadow and prevail over the lies of the new?

Those of the Nitewatch, Those of the craft, Those called of the Warrior, Arise and prepare for battle, for the day comes when they and not we shall rule this world, and then all wrongs shall be made right.

Oh the joy in being who and what one truly is.

The mountain lion signifies leadership - I have lived in the mountains this entire life, and it was not until this spring that I saw my first mountain lion. It was a mother and cub, though a large cub at that. They were in perfect step together and ran across the road in front of me. It was as if I was in a dream, and though it happened SO fast it was as though everything slowed down. They are so lithe and powerful. A recurring animal/earth totem siting should not be ignored. The Fae of the Earth will only persist until you understand. Good luck and well wishes with your journey. Stay in your truth and all will be well.
