Music: Widely eclectic, ranging from rock and pop to new age, funk, jazz, classical, blues, and electronic.
Movies: Last movie I saw on the big screen was Stardust and I just adored it!
TV: Don't watch it much, but when I do, I enjoy Weeds, Battlestar Galactica, Dr. Who, Eureka and I got a kick out of Project Runway last season.
Books: Forced myself to make the last Harry Potter last for for an extra day because I didn't want it to end...such a bittersweet experience. My 17 year old son, on the other hand, devoured it in four hours, as he has with all the others. We debated the merits and downfalls of speed reading vs. a slightly more leisurely perusal of a piece of literature...my point was you lose the subtlety and details, his was you conquer the beast *first*. Frankly, I think it's an age vs. beauty thing, ya know? LOL!!!
Likes: Nature, standing stones, sacred space, starlit skies, the Caribbean, spiritually centered people, horses, cats, the Finger Lakes, forests, the fae, magic, positive energies, healing light--you get the picture--I'm very much a "glass half full" kind of person and like to keep that kind of energy around me! ;-)
Dislikes: As eclectic as my music tastes are, I just can't wrap my arms and heart around most rap and country. I have teenage kids, so I'm (ohmigod, constantly!) exposed to rap and there are a few exceptions, I suppose, but as a whole I just don't get the genre. Country is just too twangy for me. Opera isn't a huge fave either. Maybe it's cuz I don't speak or understand Italian? ;-)
Hobbies: Making runes, doing my readings, tending to my horses, hanging with the kids when they'll put up with me. :-)
Vices: Sleeping late when I can, procrastinating, spending too much time on the computer!

BeI know what you mean about teenage boys, such an amazing time, but quite an education for the uninitiated... They are still my greatest teacher, I love them so much and we are blessed indeed.
