This weekend we are going down to Houston to celebrate my dads freedom from Cancer! Remission is a reason to PARTY!

Were gonna do some BBQ, drink some fine liquor, and generally just pal about and have a good time.

Well I dont know if they are new, but I found out today that Loreena McKennit added some midwest tour dates!

So we are totally going! October 9th, about 20 rows back and center. I can not believe that luck right there!

Its a *(very)* early Birthday present (as mines not till January) but Ive wanted to see her since I first heard her music ... oh ... 10 years ago? More? And here she magically is! Im so excited!
