About Me: I was born a Fairy Prince.
When I started growing up, I was allways up to some mischief or other, always with the Humans.
I was so bad that my mother the Queen said, as you like being around the humans so much, you will lose your wings and become one of them.
And so it happened, I became human, and I could not remember being a fairy let alone a prince.
Then one day years and years later,I found this site, I have been interested in fairyies all my life, and I know that they exist.
Anyway my mind started opening, and I remembered, I was a fairy prince.
Then I heard a voice in my ear.
"You can transform into an owl then you can get into the fairy realm".
After A lot of work, I remembered the magic, and I changed, then it was off to the fairy realm.
When I was in there I discovered that my name was Prince Orchar. So if you see an owl in the fairy realm, it could be me.
But my human name is Tony.

    Sweet Dreams

    Sunday, April 13, 2008, 10:22 AM [General]

Something for the children amongst us.

*Always go to bed when your parents tell you to - you don't

want to keep the dream fairies waiting!

*Think lovely thoughts as you put your head on the pillow

Holidays, beaches and best friends are the most perfect

    dreamy thoughts.

    * Just in case they are listening, it's a good idea to say

"goodnight dream fairies", they do love to be

           welcomed into a room.

Your words of wisdom I shall hold dear in my heart. I shall keep looking for that four leaf clover and when I find it I shall remember you. I know your spirit is flying high over the rainbow of the Universe. Lizx

    The Fairy Queens Rules

    Saturday, April 12, 2008, 10:54 AM [General]

    1. A fairy must always be considerate to

         his or her fellow citizens.

    2. Deliberate damage to property or

natures treasures wil not be tolerated.

    3. Animals are our friends and

cruelty to them is an offence.

    4. Jeering, mocking and bullying of others

because of their pointed ears, large nose

or flat feet is strictly forbidden.

    5. Litter should never be dropped in the streets

and must be recycled in every instance.

    6. Any item stolen by a resident will

         instantly turn to dust.

    7. Tricks played on friends and neighbours

must be merely mischievous not malicious.

    8. Fairies who leave the kingdom must return

for the summer festivities or will  be unable

        to return for seven years.

    9. Returning fairies must NEVER lead a human

        to Fairyland.

    10. The queen must be obeyed at all times.

    Four Leaf Clover

    Saturday, April 12, 2008, 6:50 AM [General]

These tiny plants are very rare

and very precious to fairies as they can

be used  to ward off bad spells.

    Humans consider them lucky too,

so keep an eye out for one!

The first leaf is said to bring hope,

    the second, faith,

    the third, love.

The fourth leaf is for good luck.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have always looked for a four leaf clover and I have never ever found one! Even now when I walk on grass I am always searching, perhaps one day.

    The Fairy Dew Drop

    Monday, March 31, 2008, 2:28 PM [General]

Down by the spring one morning

Where the shadows still lay deep,

I found in the heart of a flower

    A tiny fairy asleep.

    Her Flower couch was perfumed

    Leaf curtains drawn with care,

    And there she sweetly slumbered,

With a jewel in her hair.

    But a sunbeam entered softly

And touched her, as she lay,

    Whispering that 'twas morning

    And fairies must away.

All the colours of the rainbow

Where in her robe so bright

As she danced away with the sunbeam

    And vanished from my sight.

'Twas while I watched them dancing,

    The sunshine told me true

    That my sparkling little fairy

    Was lovely Drop O' Dew.

    Wise ?

    Wednesday, March 19, 2008, 12:20 PM [General]

    A wise old owl,

    Sat in an oak,

    The more he heard,

    The less he spoke,

    The less he spoke,

    The more he heard,

    I wish more folk,

    Were like that bird.

There is a similarity of life to a stained-glass window -- the people we meet add color and expand the pattern. There is now a place where the pattern is disrupted, the color gone... The rest is still there, beautiful, but there shall always be a piece missing. That piece was our friend, Prince Orchar! Requiescat in pace!

I have no words at the sad news, so I'll borrow those of Kalil Gibran in "The Prophet": Than Almitra spoke, saying, "We would ask now of Death." And he said: You would know the secret of death. But how shall you find it unless you seek it in the heart of life? The owl whose night-bound eyes are blind unto the day cannot unveil the mystery of light. If you would indeed behold the spirit of death, open your heart wide unto the body of life. For life and death are one, even as the river and the sea are one. In the depth of your hopes and desires lies your silent knowledge of the beyond; And like seeds dreaming beneath the snow your heart dreams of spring. Trust the dreams, for in them is hidden the gate to eternity. Your fear of death is but the trembling of the shepherd when he stands before the king whose hand is to be laid upon him in honour. Is the sheered not joyful beneath his trembling, that he shall wear the mark of the king? Yet is he not more mindful of his trembling? For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun? And what is to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered? Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing. And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb. And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance. Blessed be Prince Orchar, & may your wings carry you safely to new & wonderful realms. Loving thoughts & healing to your family & friends left behind,
