    My Intro...

Wednesday, December 3, 2008, 10:53 PM EST [General]

Well, I thought it was about time to introduce myself. Thanks for all the warm welcomes. :D

I'm Stacie, known as taterbug on deviantART and mommastacie pretty much everywhere else. lol  I am 33, USAF Vet and married to one for 13 years this coming June. We have 2 kids... our son is 9 1/2 & our daughter will be 7 in March. Four furbabies, 2 cats, a Blue Heeler, and a 10mo old Puggle (Pug/Beagle).. all girls.

My passion has always been art in any form. I mainly use Poser 7 and then postwork my pieces in Paint Shop Pro X2 and Photoshop CS2.

I'm looking forward to getting to know you all! :)

    Hugs & Blessings,

    Stacie

    Hi Stacie,

I am learning to use Photoshop CS2, I have been useing Paint Shop Pro for many years now, but I never did any art works in any of the them. Perhaps it's about time I try to make some digital art :)

I often use PSP for sketching, I create collages, and then I paint from them in Watercolour.

I agree with you PSP is much more easy to navigate than Photoshop, but I like all the different filters you can down load to Photoshop.

Taking up drawing and painting again, is never to late, it's like learning to ride a bike, you never forget what you once learned :)
