    Garden Bliss

    Warm Weather Greetings!

Im so happy to see that Mother Nature has opened her arms, and beckoning the wildflowers to bloom, and the faeries and woodland creatures to come out from hibernation to enjoy the warm of the sun, and to frolick and play!  Each morning Im greeted by dancing pink bleeding hearts and the graceful bobbing and bowing of the bearded iris!  Even my ancient white oak tree is rejoicing under the sun as its almost possible to see him stretch out his woody arms towards the sky and unfurling his leafy fingers.  Ive even noticed that patch at the base of the great white oak where the enchanted door lies, has been carefully cleared of debris as if someone had swept it in preparation of setting out the welcome mat.  It wasnt difficult at all to have myself a second cup of tea and spend a little more time sitting under the great white oak and enjoying the sights, smells and sounds!

Spring has indeed finally sprung, and life is quite busy in my little enchanted garden!

May you find peace, harmony and great joy in your garden!

    Bliss~

Nikki! A garden is Faerie Bliss, and I too, spend my mornings in my teensy one and flit in and out of my apt. fussing with my seedlings and herbs. I lived in our family house for 40+ years, where we had woodlands next door. In the Spring, there were Bloodroot, Jacob's Ladder, Trout Lilies, Rue, Canadian Anemone, Hepatica, Trilliums, Violets . . . oak, maple, hickory, a river, deer . . . I lost all that and now have a teeny veranda and a strip of earth to plant on. My plants are mostly seedlings. How I miss Mother's Bleeding Heart and Iris, and all the wild ones I transplanted from the woods. But I am slowly making my Faerie Garden here. Best & Magickal Wishes!
