Hi everyone,

Well, the extension is finally finished and now I have all my painting gear, printing stuff, office, files, computer, scanner etc, all in the same room! So after a break of MONTHS I can finally get back to some painting soon. I've missed it so much! I can't wait to see how the firstpainting from my new studio turns out.

Except I haven't even started Christmas shopping yet, so I need to get a bit organised on that front first!

I have enjoyed looking at everyone else's art here, on Deviant Art, and on all of your websites. I've got some ideas for new paintings, and I can't wait to get started.

I'm sorry to all my friends who are emailing me and leaving me messages on my Deviant Art page, and getting no reply. My husband and I have had last week, this week, and part of next week off, we're attacking our house! New bathroom, kitchen, carpets, there's paint everywhere, family members round helping with decorating, tiling, kitchen building, the works. I've got plumbers, electricians, carpet fitters, carpenters & who knows who else traipsing in and out. I know it will be work it in the end, but for now my house is in total and complete chaos. So far I've lost my mobile phone, my glasses, the cat, and for 2 days my laptop. We did gain someone else's cat for most of yesterday, I shooed it out when I caught it eating my cat's dinner!

So for another week or two I'm not responding to emails. But I'll be back soon!

I live with my lovely husband Pete, and my gorgeous cat, Thomas, both of whom are currently fast asleep, snoring loudly, and taking up most of the bed and stealing all of the duvet. Boys!

The only thing I'm currently painting is walls. We're having a 2 week decorating drive, re-painting just about every room in the house! Tiring, but satisfying.
