Getting old, I think, and life.

Ok, so I feel like I am falling apart, and it's all on the left side of my body, does that have anyuthing todo with the fact that I am left handed and therefore I am controlled by the right side of the brain. Probably not. First, earlier this year I was complaining about hyper-extending my knee when I walked, ok, then it was affecting my left leg, because I was walking odd. After xrays, determination of minor arthiris on the knees, not usually painful, was sent to PT. Seems the hip is out of sink and makes everything go off on the left side. So PT is good, so far. But now have abcess in mouth on left side, have appointment next week, dentist on vacation, in lots and lots of pain.  What is sad, is usually I can go years without a single medical issue, this year has been one clamity or another. It will be over soon and every thing will eventually heal, just not as quick as it used to.

I know exactly how you feel...I don't know why, but it seems that you hit 40 and the body seems to feel the need to pay you back for every thing that you've ever done to it. Peace and blessings

Yes, you may feel like you're falling apart, but you have such a beautiful energy shining from your face!

I'm a few years older, a bit of metal in one leg, arthritis here and there, and a few pounds more than I'd like to carry, but each day I do better. Each day I eat better, I add something new and healthy to my life, and each day I feel better.

Sending you beautiful white light & healing thoughts,
    Bonnie
