About Me: I am here to gain inspiration, advice and friendship! I am never at ease with myself more than when I am drawing, but need to gain some more confidence. I have sold some of my work before but trying to find my niche is hard!.

Music: Its bizarre and embarrassing from Beyonce,and Kate Perry to Les Miserables and Doris Day! You did ask! And completely obsessed with xmas songs, all stashed away ready for the holiday season.

Movies: Oooh,where to start- Stardust,Spiderwick, Harry Potter, Tinkerbell, Practical magic, anything by Tim Burton, Sleepy hollow, Brothers Grimm, anything Disney (I pretend the dvds are for my girls but they are mine!!), Pirates of the caribean,I married a witch, Elf, Lord of the rings, Golden compass, Ella enchanted, Nanny Mcphee,The Others,Into the woods,Midsummer nights dream,,

TV: Ghostwhisperer! And Sabrina the teenage witch is my guilty pleasure.

Books: Graveyard book by Neil Gaiman, Book of lost things by John Connelly, Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell.Ladies of Grace adieu by Susanna Clarke, Kandide by Diana Zimmerman,Spiderwick,The Thirteenth tale by Diane Setterfield, Harry Potter, and my beloved art books- Art of faer, World of faery,Books on Pre-raphealites and lots more.

Likes: my family, my two dogs Merlin and Rocco. Christmas! Chocolate. Happy people.

Dislikes: Pretentiousness.

Hobbies: Drawing, baking, reading, watching films, gardening and spending as much time with my family as possible.

Wow, these are amazing! My favorite one is the princess and the frog. A few years back I made a large fairytale castle cake for my daughter's birthday. It took me all night long but everyone loved it!

Finally I have had some time to do some drawing, been too busy since christmas. Feel like I can take a huge sigh of relief and enjoy some "me" time.

Thanks Zoe xx The exhibition is the 11th september and I have all my work mounted up ready but just can't be arsed lol! Having to put up my originals as cannot afford to print them all up and my originals are my babies so a bit nervous about it all. Sure they will be ok but not ready for it in general. Too much has happened this year and the exhibition is one more stress on top of many others!

I must admit that my drawing at the moment is bloody abysmal! I know the draft drawing does not have to be perfect but as near as damnit would be good! I am getting very frustrated with everything I am drawing out at the moment and do not feel like doing any of the images that I have drafted ready. I might do my life in fairy pics! Me as a fairy and my boys, sisters etc. When I can get off my butt and be bothered that is!

I am sure you will sell something soon. Its horrid as you are putting up a little bit of your heart and soul for sale. My exhibition is coming up and in the town I live you are lucky if people actually go into the library let alone go in there to buy something! And it is a month sooner than we thought!

I am working on a fairy at the moment that looks fab when I stand back and look at her but when it comes to sitting down and completing her I lose interest almost straight away! Help!!
